What should I know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing services are based on the customer's needs and budget. I encourage my potential clients to have a conversation with me either in person or over the phone. I want to ensure all details are discussed and I can give a quote based on the specific needs, desires and expectations of those who will work with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Working with Customers is a very easy and simplified process.
Step 1: Face to Face meeting either in person or via phone.
Step 2: Mutual Agreement of services needed and investment cost based on the specific service asked for.
Step 3: Signed contract for services.
Step 4: Services delivered to meet and exceed client's expectations.
Step 5: Referrals and reviews of my services would be appreciated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to my work?
I am a Certified Professional Speaker, Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. I have a bachelor's degree in Practical Ministry from Wagner University. I am Professional certified Career Coach. I am Professional certified Diversity & Inclusion Facilitator. I am Professional certified Instructor for Mindbodystrong Curriculum geared for healthcare workers in helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. I am a certified Workforce Development Specialist.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began to work within Law enforcement with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and I had opportunity to provide workshops with public awareness on the D.A.R.E program within the local schools and different local organizations. I became a pastor and teacher within the faith based community. I am an ordained minister and part of my purpose includes ministry within the local and international church. I have had the opportunity to travel on an international level speaking to multiple diverse communities. I have had the opportunity to serve thousands of people throughout the years on both a personal and professional level.
What types of client/clients have you worked with?
I work with all people from all types of backgrounds, professions and pursuits. I can come along side then and help add value their lives.
Describe a project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of a recent project that I was involved with called Operation H.O.P.E. Inc. I was the CEO of this non profit organization for 5 years and I helped to serve our community by working with medical professionals who wanted to volunteer their services to the less fortunate, homeless and poverty stricken population of the community who could not afford medical care. What advice would you give a client looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would give just 5 basic tips
1. It should be a person who has the ability to fine tune their presentation to your personal and or organization's goals.
2. A speaker should be able to meet and exceed and clients expectation. They should provide examples videos and testimonies of previous experiences.
3. Provide both Inspiration and specific skills and examples of how to' s with proven and tested information that the listener can understand and apply to their personal and professional life.
4. Speakers should demonstrate a passion for what they do and with what you desire for your event. A speaker should always add value to your event.
5. They need to be able to make the event a time to be empowered and inspired with hope, great stories, examples and the ability to make people laugh and have some fun.
What questions should clients think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Questions can be focused on what the specific expectations that the potential client has for the speaker. Who and how many people will the event be geared for. What are the travel, food and hotel options if speaker needs to travel to the potential client. Does the potential client have the audio/visual set up available or does the speaker need to bring audio visual equipment.
